The 2014 CLC Leadership Development Conference, previously known as the Fall Working Weekend, brings together mid-level career professionals in various areas of the construction industry from across the country to network, learn and share. This event is co-sponsored by the San Antonio Chapter and they have worked hard to create a program with key take-a-ways on how to improve your performance in the industry.
This event is also an opportunity to connect with other CLC/YCF groups from across the country. Part of the program includes an open forum for CLC members to discuss what is and isn’t working at their local chapters. Learn what other chapters are doing to build successful CLC groups and prepare individuals for future leadership within AGC.
The Conference is focused on sharing best practices, learning from each other’s experiences, exploring challenges and solutions, and encouraging an open dialogue. There are also numerous networking opportunities. Individuals just like you will gather at the breakfasts, luncheons, networking breaks, and evening receptions. This is one of the few industry events that exist for up and coming construction professionals so don’t miss it!
