The Austin AGC serves as the voice of Austin’s commercial construction industry at the local, state and national levels of government. Thanks to the support of our membership, we are able to have a positive impact on business issues that affect all local commercial contractors, whether they are members or not.
The Austin AGC works on behalf of all local contractors on issues before local government entities. Recent issues of importance include addressing construction noise in downtown Austin, construction parking downtown, ROW access for construction during large events, and working with City staff to streamline permitting and inspections processes.
